not elfman’s best superhero work but great nontheless

i thought “azkaban” was superior than “aviator”

“azkaban” was amazing. “buckbeak’s flight” is one of my favorite movie score of all time
love the dreamlike score that williams plays when harry sees his reflection in the water. just beautiful

actually yes there is lots of proof
if you do a google search for “danny elfman interviews” you’ll realize he attacks those composers and says “oh fuck them, i don’t give a fuck about them”

i suspect the reason why that ottman hates him is because elfman’s more talented even though he never had any scoring training

wonder when they’ll do a reunion tour
i’d pay good money to see that

yeah shore deserved his oscar. really love the score for the aviator
shore is a great replacement for goldsmith

and it really makes me happy to know that shore and elfman are friends
probably the only friend elfman has since every other composer seems to hate him

i like ottman too. the “jean grey theme” from X2 is one of my fav. themes of all time
even though he ripped off goldsmith X2 was allright

remember how elfman used a lot of synthesizers and drums on “apes”
well ottman made a smart comment about that, that’s why i was wondering if he hated elfman or not
