What I REALLY want is that CNN interview during the Batman Returns release that was taken off youtube. Does anyone still have it?
Yes, that CGI is not looking good. That shot of spidey with the flag on the back, even the flag looks made out of rubber!
They still have 6 months to work things out. I hope they do.
Nice of them to use his theme in the trailer, but what a choppy editing job they did with it. After that, of course, everything goes to the crapper with that damn choir of the apocalypse they insist on using in every. single. trailer.

Watch out for the part where he talks about how annoying press junkets are and how particular german journalists are.
I was literally in tears after he talked about that.
With the image he projects, one would never guess he’d be so funny.
I was SHOCKED at how funny he was. Seriously, he was hysterical.

I’m not mad he’s out. All signs point to this being a stinker. Not that a film being bad means we can’t get excellent music.
Too bad, as I love Nicole Kidman and Downfall was an amazing film.
I just hope we get a new DVD with an isolated score, Elfman commentary and anamorphic widescreen transfer.
The Spider-Man and Hulk rides are over at Islands of Adventure and both have nothing to do with the films, but rather with how they are in the comics. It would be nice if they featured the music from the films, though.
I heard the Spider-Man Main Titles inside of one of the stores.
1992 CNN interview with Elfman talking about the BR score. You could see the orchestra playing the theme. That was my favorite part.
And I like the version of the Main Titles we hear in the trailer MUCH better with the actual choir instead of the kazoo-sounding one we got in the final version.
The Desperate Housewives is really good and memorable, but PP one sounds like Elfman composed it during his sleep while thinking of Sandra’s Theme from Big Fish. The show itself was pretty bad.
How did this turn into Tom Cruise talk?
With that said, I can’t stand TomKat, but ADORE Brangelina.

I was watching Access Hollywood yesterday and they had a piece talking about M:I 3.
They were showing bits of what looked like one of those EPK “Making of” things and guess what music was playing in the background as Tom Cruise was yapping [for once] about something other than Scientology? Elfman’s Sleeping Beauty from the first film!
