Please don’t take offense to this but I rather be smart with my money. I have all the Elfman/Burton soundtracks and I’m lucky to have them. But like I said before, anyone on this board gets the box set, enjoy it and let us know how it is.

Yes it’s a very beautiful box set and I can see why it’s $500 but much as I love Elfman and Burton, there’s no way I can get this. Best of luck for anyone getting this box set.

I have to say that “Good For Your Soul” is my favorite. Love “Pictures of You” and “Wake Up! ( It’s 1984)”

Well the first album I got of theirs years ago was “Boingo (1994)”. I bought it from a record store. It doesn’t matter which album you start off with first but I must remind you that “Good For Your Soul” is extremely hard to find. I got mine for $30 from ebay. The ”Farewell” album is their best concert album ever.

Well in that case, you can delete my “It’s coming…” post if you need to. I was just excited about the ad even though I’m not going to buy the box set. I didn’t mean to cause any commotion when I posted it. Sorry.

Ok smartypants I get the message! It’s a nice ad and I liked it. By the way, I wanted to make it a new topic too. I’m not saying I want to buy it cause I have most of the soundtracks from the Burton film.

I like the photos but I’m looking for the the video once it’s up. The same thing happened to me when I saw Neil Gaiman earlier this year. I recorded about 13 min. of him reading “American Gods” but my battery ran out in my camera.
