Actually the album rights reside with Varese Sarabande. Just because something isn’t commercially released doesn’t make it free or available.

Looks great, though I find it distressing that the autographed copies were notched on the spine.

I got mine long before the MP3 boom, so it sounds like a true CD copy. The music is worth it at any quality, however. “Nag, nag, nag”!

Sadly I think this new edition features only new packaging and 6 photo cards with the same features (Burton and Elfman commentaries, vintage EPK interviews, same audio mix) carried over from the previous edition.
I’m waiting for a BEETLEJUICE special edition! It’s too bad Warners couldn’t get it out in time for Halloween.

I think it was merely to give the production some continuity. Calling FOREVER “A Tim Burton Production” is nothing short of scandal!

No clue, but Gillespie instead directed VENOM aka THE REAPER. The bayou slasher that Dimenson recently snuck into theaters last month.

Pray tell how a “private teacher” would know the supposed “truth” behind a score written over fifteen years ago, a “truth” that has never been corroborated by any of the main players who worked on the score?

Well it took Elfman and Burton four years to reconcile their differences in time for MARS ATTACKS! Did I ever tell you all the story behind that? It’s fascinating, and totally Burton!

I’m going to start deleting these threads because as far as I’m concerned all college professors are perves who drug their students and force them to perform sloppy oral sex.

There are also some composers credited with writing music for the first disc doc. They may have taken some of Elfman’s material and adapted it, or added on to existing score cues. There is at least one version of “Roof Fight”, I believe, that is totally clean from dialogue and SFX.
