Definitly awesome news to hear as we approach the new year. : )
guitarfreakParticipantI’m confident that Elfman will do amazingly on this score; but Burton can either make this film incredible, or turn this film into a downer. Ever since his ‘re-make’ of Charlie and the Chocoloate Factory, and Corpse Bride, I have been dissapointed with Burton’s recent films. Though I was highly impressed with Sweeney Todd, I’m a bit doubtful that Burton will pull off making this film memorable. I can only hope, because I LOVE Alice in Wonderland(not to mention I’m being the Mad Hatter this Halloween) and with Burton’s touch, I hope it leaves a permanent impression.
guitarfreakParticipanthaha Elfman is way more attractive than the ‘look-alike’
guitarfreakParticipantI ordered mine from Borders along with the Oingo Boingo book, ‘Clowns of Death’.
It was not a lot of money at all; but then again, this was a couple years back.
And I’m sure I saw the same DVD as boingomusic did when I was in the Virgin Mega Store as well; but I don’t know if the price was any different then what I payed at Borders….guitarfreakParticipantnot bad but to be honest I’m sick of all these bands covering NMBC songs. It seems each one is trying to out-do the other and it’s just getting annoying.
guitarfreakParticipantAll American Rejects? Flyleaf? Plain White Ts? You have got to be kidding me. It’s bad enough that Manson and Fall Out Boy were in the project before but now I’m really disgusted with some of these choices. Some of these instrumentals look like they’d be interesting; but that’s about it.
guitarfreakParticipanti remember seeing this.
Google is a wonder.guitarfreakParticipantthat’s exactly what I was thinking…
guitarfreakParticipantYeah I remember seeing the ‘trailer’ for this( Nightmare blue ray disk) on the National Treasure 2 Dvd.
I was quite surprised considering all that’s happened with Nightmare and it’s releases on Dvd, 3D, the updated soundtrack, ect.
But then again; Blue Ray seems to be dominating Dvd now-a-days.June 6, 2008 at 4:06 pm in reply to: OMG DANNY SINGS AGAIN in the wanted soundtrack album !!!! #60961guitarfreakParticipantTo be honest I didn’t even recognize his voice at first.
But I have to agree; it rocks. : )guitarfreakParticipantYeah I apoligize for that. I just read up on a few game sites that give me the impression that Russel Shaw is doing the music. Supposedly he didn’t write any ‘original’ music for the game, but every track is a variation of a section from Danny Elfman’s main theme.

guitarfreakParticipantsorry my computer is super lame and decided to post a couple extra times.

guitarfreakParticipanthappy, happy birthday!
guitarfreakParticipantDone. : )
guitarfreakParticipantI discovered Stolen Babies through Revolver magazine. It stated in the article that they were heavily influenced by Boingo thus peaking my interest. I have their CD and I am in love with it. I agree that some of the music is very heavy, but I love the aggression.
guitarfreakParticipanti personally depise Avenged Sevenfold, but have heard in the past that the one guitarist is an Elfman fan.
guitarfreakParticipantaw. not funny.
guitarfreakParticipantThis one is easy for me. I hate to say it, but I think ‘Remain’s of the Day’ is one of my least favorite out of all of Elfman’s pieces. ‘Oogie Boogie’s Song’, to me, is more catchier and has more of a groove to it. Whenever I hear even the beginning of ‘Remain’s of the Day’, I just have to turn it off, it annoys me.
guitarfreakParticipanti wrote to that EXACT address. He didn’t ‘write’ back, because I don’t think I asked any questions. And I can’t remember how long it took. I don’t think it was too long though.
guitarfreakParticipantI wrote to him couple years back. He personalized an autographed photo to me. : )
guitarfreakParticipantyeah….don’t really like the ‘pose’ but overall it’s an interesting visual.
guitarfreakParticipant‘Only A Lad’ is one song i know of. and I think ‘Little Girls’ as well???
guitarfreakParticipantBerklee is quite amazing. a lot of successful musicians/composers such as Howard Shore come out of there.
