And – for christ’s sake – Alan Silvestri will NOT score Spider-Man 3. Stop spreading false rumors.

You could “like to be a film composer” basically everywhere in the world. There are a lot of L.A. based people who “like to be film composers” too. One of them is James Horner.
You can hear that in various scores (bleedthrough from the musicians headphones), like in “Nightmare before Christmas”.
