ParticipantYup. I bought the app and extracted the “raw” audio files straight from their folders using a free program called iFunBox.

Participant“When Rick first approached me about doing a musical score for his ‘no budget’ film, Forbidden Zone, I thought sure, fine, it’ll be fun.” Sixty minutes of original music in a dozen different styles needed to be created in and around various older, and uneven, pre-recorded pieces. But he said that it must all be completed within a two week ’round-the-clock’ composing, arranging and recording marathon, I thought he was crazy; but crazy is my middle name. I took the challenge and enjoyed it immensely. It was an interesting period for me. “Oingo Boingo” was just leaving its theatrical stage and starting to play as a band. We had a chance to combine the older styles we used to play with some of the crazier sounds which were to be–as well as a lot of musical pieces which were unlike anything we had even planyed, old or new. It was a great chance to stretch out and go nuts. The Boingos current fans may find the “film music” somewhat foreign to the styles they now associate with us. But nonetheless, its a piece of historic musical schizophrenia for me, I proud of it and hope you enjoy listening!” Danny Elfman – 1982

ParticipantThe bass played latter on in the album reminds me of Hous of Cards

ParticipantI just got mine and I too really enjoy it. I was prepared for the worst based on the first opinions…that and the fact that the movie looks terrible

ParticipantAlways happy to see projects on the calendar! He mentioned Disneyland Shanghai, another Mystic Manor? Speaking of MM in Hong Kong, does a score exist? If so, how to grab one?
