I have a cat named “Chisel”. Don’t know where it came from, other than the tool, but I like it. Some of my freinds think it’s too weird.
ooshmasterParticipantUm, there’s a reason that Finklestein didn’t sing in the movie. That’s all I can say.

There playful choir gave me chills. “Selina Transforms” has been and always will be one of my favoite cues. I also find the whole score more enjoyable, while I tend to blast out “Decent Into Mystery” with max volume on repeat one when I listen to Batman. If you haven’t done that, do so. It rocks. Anyway. I loved Batman, but Danny really knew what he was doing the second time around.
ooshmasterParticipantWell, considering that he has a petrified cat and a real shrunken head… I’d say yeah.
ooshmasterParticipantI’d love to play the Dick Tracy theme in my highscool orchetsra…
ooshmasterParticipantI’m pretty sure that’s the EP version of Only A Lad.
ooshmasterParticipantNo problem, Edward. I’ve wanted to send some too, though I don’t know exactly what I’d say!
ooshmasterParticipantI’m going anyway. To those of you that are going, if you see a guy holding up a sign advertising the Music For A Darkened People site, that’s probably me.
ooshmasterParticipantJeeze you guys, take it easy. He could simply have been wanting to send some fan mail.
ooshmasterParticipantI really liked Nightbreed alot, which seems to surprise people. I loved the end credits.
ooshmasterParticipantOh well. Thanks for the info.

There was a film version in the thirties, and I beleive Max Steiner scored it.
ooshmasterParticipantThanks.
ooshmasterParticipantSo we can all tell that they are demos. The question is, why hasn’t anyone made mp3s of them yet? We can probably count on the fact that there aren’t going to be demos on the soundtrack. But true Elfman completists will want the demos as well.
ooshmasterParticipantThis is my favorite of your compositions. Job well done.
ooshmasterParticipantAnne Dudley from The Art of Noise
ooshmasterParticipantYou can find many of them new at any record store, but the vast majority of them must be bought used, or through amazon.com.
ooshmasterParticipantThat was great! Definitely sounded inspired by Elfman, even your voice sounded like you were putting the same kind of character into it as he does! Nice job!
ooshmasterParticipantHey, there’s still time, just be patient.
ooshmasterParticipantI really liked the first one that played, heard a lot of Dolores and Batman influence.
But my favorite was Totentanz.
ooshmasterParticipantSorry.
ooshmasterParticipantJeez, you guys hardly missed anything! I’m still saving up for the Black Beauty soundtrack!
ooshmasterParticipantHold on a sec’ D.B… You’re saying that the Danny didn’t write the songs or thelyrics? And I don’t understand the second sentence at all. Could you clearify that for me? Thanks.
ooshmasterParticipantThis might as well be the official site.
ooshmasterParticipantYeah, i just went back, checked three threads. Looked at the origional serenada-California one, all I could find was Ryan pointing at the Redwood Symphony site for info, which I said before doesn’t seem to have it. I looked at a thread posted a bit earlier about a recording, nothing. Then, just in case, I checked the thread about the Doug Adams talks with Elfman thing, and didn’t find anything, so I went to the film score monthly site and did a search, and din’t find anything!
